摘要
轨道交通线网规划完成之后,为更好地指导轨道交通沿线的土地开发和相关的规划编制,对站点周边地区的用地规划进行研究十分必要。结合南京的实际,对轨道交通站点进行分类、分级,对轨道交通自身用地、附属设施用地以及与其他交通方式的换乘用地提出了控制标准,并对轨道交通站点临近地区的用地控制和功能配置提出了要求,为类似城市的相关规划提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
Following the completion of urban rail transit network planning, it is necessary to investigate the land-use planning within areas surrounding rail transit transfer stations, so as to provide guidance for land-use development along both sides of rail transit lines. Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper proposes criteria of land-use control for construction of rail-transit facilities per se and their transfer facilities by using different classification and ranking of rail transit stations, along with recommendations on land-use control and functional configuration within areas close to rail transit stations, which could serve as useful references for other cities.
