摘要
本文系统介绍了自1923年以来苯酚的主要合成方法即苯磺化法,氯苯水解法,环己酮-环己醇法,甲苯-苯甲酸法和异丙苯法以及苯直接氧化法等生产方法。并从绿色化学角度逐一分析了各种方法的原子利用率,总结了各种方法的优缺点,其中异丙苯法是目前世界上生产苯酚最主要的方法,其生产能力约占世界苯酚总生产能力的92%,但目前苯酚合成工艺正向无废、少废、原子利用率高、不联产丙酮技术发展,即苯直接催化羟基化合成苯酚的合成工艺发展。
This paper summarizes the main synthesize methods of phenol,such as benzene sulfonic acid, chlorobenzene hudrolyze,cyclohexanone-cyclohexanol,cyclohexanone-cyclohexanol:toluene-benzoic acid, cumene and direct catalytic hydroxylation of benzene to phenol etc.It also analyzes the atom utilization by the perspective of green chemistry and points out the advantages and disadvantages of all the methods.Of all the methods cumene is the most effective in the world and its production accounts for 92%.Now phenol synthesize is developing to the technic of little and no producing waste,high atom utilization and no co-production of acetone that is called direct catalytic hydroxylation of benzene to phenol.
