大型水库后靠安置农村移民后期扶持的库区资源开发利用对策

Large Reservoir Resettlement of Rural Residents Rely on Measures to Support the Development and Use of Local Resources

大型水库后靠安置的农村移民因人均耕地面积少,安置经费投入低,必须在移民安置后期扶持中充分开发利用库区资源,本文提出了提高移民素质、提高库区资源开发科技含量,优化库区移民经济产业结构,开发利用水库消落区土地、库区荒山资源、水库水面资源,发展移民庭园经济等对策。
