摘要
竹寿水库水费收支管理存在的问题,给受益乡镇的部分农户带来了生产和生活的困难,成为了农村新的不稳定因素,通过调查研究,结合宁南实际,找到了一条处理解决的办法。
Problems exsting in water fee collection and expense in zhushou reservoir have brought about difficulties for farmers'life and production. Therefore it has become an unstable factor. We found out a solution through investigation and the actual situation in Ningnan county.
