基于分布式散列表的网格监控系统

摘要 传统的基于单结点中心目录服务或层级式目录服务的网格监控系统在伸缩性、扩展性和容错性方面都有着一定的局限.针对这些不足,将对等网研究中的分布式散列表技术引入网格监控系统的设计与实现,并利用自描述的XML流作为协议载体,较好地解决了上述不足;同时引入基于属性的复杂查询算法,部分解决了分布式散列表的查询能力方面的问题.实验研究表明,在可接受的性能损失范围内,基于XML和分布式散列表的网格监控系统表现出了广泛的适应性和扩展能力. Grid monitoring system is the core component of grid platform,and also a key technology to grid application development.However,most of the traditional monitoring systems based on single centralized directory service or hierarchical directory service have significant problems in scalability,extensibility and fault-tolerance.Thus,DHT(distributed hash table),an important and state-of-the-art technology in current peer-to-peer research was introduced,to the defacto standard GMA(grid monitoring architecture),so as to solve the above problems.XML was adopted as our protocol presentation,and a simple but practical query algorithm upon attributes to overcome the inherited disability of DHT for complex continuous queries.Preliminary experimental results showed that system above is scalable and extensible within predictable and acceptable performance penalty.
