摘要
开发了一种基于WinCC的培烧罐温度监控系统。基于RS485现场总线,由智能仪表、D/A转换模块和工业控制计算机构成了培烧罐温度监控系统。采用SIEMENS公司的WinCC组态软件完成了控制系统人机界面设计,使用VB语言设计了温度控制算法和通讯程序。系统的人机界面友好,使用方便,能够满足冶金实验的要求。
A based Wincc temperature control system of sintering furnace is introduced. Based on RS485 bus, this system is composed of intelligent meters, D/A modules and an industrial control computer. Wincc configuration software is applied to build man-machine interface (MMI) of the control system, and control algorithm and communication program is developed by VB language. With friendly MMI and flexible control mode, the system meets the requirements of metallurgy experiments.
