对建龙钢铁集团这个作为钢铁工业的民营性质的新军建立竞争情报体系的必要性进行了充分论述,并对建龙钢铁竞争情报体系进行了设计和构建:组建企业情报中心、确立情报工作流程、建设情报工作管理制度、建设竞争情报计算机辅助系统。
Constructing competitive intelligence system is necessary for Jianlong Steel Group, as a private steel enterprise. This article designs a competitive intelligence system for this company. This system includes enterprise intelligence center, intelligence work flow, intelligence management systems and competitive intelligence computer aided system.
