黑龙江省对俄劳务输出问题研究

STUDY ON COUNTERMEASURES ON LABOR SERVICES EXPORTING FROM HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE TO RUSSIA

随着中俄经贸合作的不断深入发展,黑龙江省作为与俄罗斯毗邻的省份,其独特的地缘优势和资源优势促进了近年来对俄劳务输出的蓬勃发展。文章首先简要介绍了黑龙江省对俄劳务输出的现状并对发展趋势进行了简要预测,从而进一步提出黑龙江省对俄劳务输出目前尚存在的问题,最后提出了相应的对策建议。

With the development of trading cooperation between China and Russia,as contiguous area to Russia Heilongjiang Province takes advantages of geography superiority and the resources superiority,and promotes the development of the export of labor services to Russia in recent years.This article introduces briefly the present situation and the prospects of the export of labor services from Heilongjiang Province to Russia.Second,it analyzes the problems of the export of labor services and finally gives some proposals accordingly.
