农村“留守少年”法纪教育缺失与违法犯罪探析

Probing into countryside kids law education absence and their committing crime

改革开放以来,我国农村经济文化有了长远发展,农民物质文化生活得到了很大改善和提高,但是农村留守少年法纪教育缺失问题在各地农村仍然极为明显,留守少年的安全、教育、情感、心理等一系列问题日益突出。尤其是农村留守少年的违法乱纪现象急剧上升,已变成为严重的社会问题。本文旨在通过调查、访谈的方式对农村“留守少年”法纪教育缺失的现状以及农村“留守少年”违法犯罪的特点、成因及其表现形式的分析,找出预防农村“留守少年”违法犯罪的对策,以此来增强农村各级组织对这一特殊群体的法纪教育意识,减少农村“留守少年”违法犯罪并同时得到社会各方面的关注。

Great economical and cultural developmenthas been taken place in the villages in China sinceits reformation and opening to the outside world,and agricultural people's cultural and material life has been improved and upgraded.However,it is still popular that the home-left children lack of law and discipline education,and they have obvious problems relating to their safety,education,emotion and mentality.Furthermore,the rate of their violating laws and disciplines is increasing sharply,and it is quickly becoming a serious social issue.This paper is to search out the counterplan by analyzing its current condition,characteristics,causes and manifestation,for the purpose of reducing its rate,improving awareness of the whole society to focus on this issue.
