摘要
本文在介绍企业文化概念的基础上,结合软件企业所具有的团队合作和知识密集的特性,阐述了软件企业文化与一般企业文化的关键差异所在,并强调了构建良好企业文化的必要性。在理论分析的背景下,以金蝶集团和东软集团这两家中国优秀的软件企业为案例进行了分析,指出团队合作精神、知识共享精神和创新精神是这两家优秀软件企业文化的共性。在案例分析的基础上,得出了构建团队合作型、知识共享型和创新型企业文化是中国软件企业文化成功的关键的结论,并给出了一个构建此文化的现实可行的过程模型。本文对于中国软件企业构建企业文化具有良好的理论意义和实践参考价值。
Based on the concept of enterprise culture and the software enterprise's characteristics of team collaboration and high knowledge intensity,this paper discusses the differences between software enterprises and ordinary enterprises according to enterprise culture,and emphasizes on the necessity of building a good type of enterprise culture.Taking the theories as background,this paper analyzes China's two excellent software enterprises Kingdee Group and Neusoft Group,and comes to the conclusion that building an enterprise culture with the characteristics of team collaboration,knowledge sharing and innovation is the realistic choice for China's software enterprises.Finally,this paper puts forward a realistic and feasible process model for building such enterprise culture.This paper has both the theoretical meaning and practice value for building enterprise culture in China's software enterprises.
