电子商务环境下的供应链管理中存在的问题与对策研究

电子商务的不断发展使企业物流和供应链运作模式发生了巨大变化,这种变化越来越反映在以电子商务为基础的信息化、集成化的供应链管理中。文中分析了传统供应链管理的基本结构和电子商务对供应链管理的影响,并针对电子商务环境下的供应链管理出现的新特点和新问题,提出了相应对策。

The operating model has been changed enormously of enterprise logistic and SCM by the developing continuously of EC,and it more and more reflects in enterprise info,integrated SCM based on EC.In this paper,analyzed the base-structure of traditional SCM and influenced by EC.Gave corresponding tactics on the new characteristics and new problems of SCM which appeared in EC environment.
