Automatic controlling system designed for current sewage disposal plants

现代污水处理厂的自动控制正进入一个计算机智能控制阶段。本文绘出了一套适台污水处理的以PLC为核心的分布式控制系统,该系统以SIEMENS公司的S7-400系列PLC作为下位机,通过现场传感器和自动化仪表将液位、温度、流量、溶解氧浓度的反馈进行数据采集,同时又与上位机通讯,执行相关命令。整个系统为了解决传统通讯方式施工工程量大,维护麻烦等缺点,还采用了无线通讯方式。实际运行证明,该系统可靠性高,系统性能优越。

Automatic controlling system applied in modem sewage disposal plants is stepping into a phase of computer intelleclualized controlling.This paper provides a set of distributed controlling system which is based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and suitable for sewage disposal.Using SIEMENS S7-400 Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as lower computer .This type of controlling system can execute relevant orders through communicating with upper computer and processing data of the temperature,flux of the liquid and the solubility of oxygen measured by sensor and automatic meter.What's more,in order to avoid the problems of large amount of project construction work and troubles invoid in maintenance tradition al communication means,the whole system adopts wireless communication system. Practicable operations provide that the controlling system has the advantages of high reliance and excellent capability.
