Introduced the characteristic, internal structure and operation elements of the SCA100T inclinometer which belongs to the VTI technologies. The work mode, command format and operation method of the SPI serial interface are described. Some measurement application cases of 2-axis inclination measurement connected with the single-chip computer are also given. The system has the characteristics of simple structure , high reliability, strong noise resistances, no peripheral chip, etc, and may be applied many inclination, displacement measurement and control system.
