基于PLC的热压机温度控制系统

Temperature control system of the hot-press based on PLC

针对复合材料热压机的温度控制特点,研究了一套用欧姆龙PLC构成的热油管道变温控制系统,对管路设计进行了简要叙述,介绍了控制系统的软,硬件设计和基于数字PID的控制算法与其参数整定。实践证明该系统达到了较理想的温控效果。

Aims at the temperature control characteristic of the compound material hot-press, this paper studied a hot oil pipeline changing temperature control system controlled by OMRON PLC .brief narrated the pipeline design, introduced the design of soft and hardware, and digital PID control algorithm . PID parameters optimization. The practice proved this system had achieved satisfact ory control effect.
