摘要
分析环形缠绕机的工作特点和环形缠绕机控制系统设计流程。系统分为机械本体、动力源、检测和传感部件、驱动部分、控制部分。采用台达PLC作为控制核心。PLC根据接收检测和控制信号驱动执行电机及机构,分析了控制系统硬件结构以及PLC的控制程序流程。环形缠绕机实践证明,上述控制系统应用于缠绕机能将连续的铜丝紧密,均匀地排布在环形芯模表面,自动化程度高。
The work method and control system of circular winding equipment is described. Control hardware is made of body, source, sensor, motor and control device. Delta PLC is applied as control device. The PLC accepts the signal from the sensor and drive the step motor. The control hardware and software are designed. The Application of winding equipment shows that can be arranged in the circular mode precisioniy and efficienciiy.
