This paper introduces the application of S7-300 and WinCC configuration software in alteration of acrylic fibers production. It discusses the realization of PLC in control system based on PROFIBUS locale bus-mastering, and also the configuration and operation of upside program. The paper describes configuration of software and hardware, network construction, function and characteri stics of system. The system's every function runs well, and the devices operate steadily since system works into automatic operatio n, so it has reached the design requirement completely.
