摘要
变频器在调速范围、调速精度、通讯功能、智能控制、节约电能等方面都具有优异的性能,为了掌握变频调速的原理及通用变频器的应用,以ABB变频器为例开发了变频调速实验系统。针对目前常用变频器控制方式,详细介绍了通过控制盘控制、I/O接口板控制、计算机远程控制三种控制方式来控制变频器工作。介绍了控制盘的结构和功能,设计了操作面板以及采用VB编程实现远程控制,系统软、硬件结构简单,实验教学效果较好。
Frequency Converter has excellent functions at speed scope, speed accuracy, communication function, intelligence control and economizing energy. In order to study the principle and applicati on of the Frequency Converter, the experiment system is designed to adjust speed with the ABB frequency converter. Three kinds of control methods which are the Control Panel control, I/O interface card control and computer remote control are clearly introduced to control Frequency Converter. In this paper, the construction and function of the Control Panel are introduced;the operation panel is designed;and the computer remote control is achieved with VB program. The experiment system is simple in the software and hardware and has a good effect upon the experiment teaching.
