摘要
本文介绍了一种以动态车流量变化和人流量变化为参数的基于模糊控制理论的智能交通灯的设计方法。该交通灯根据交通路口车流量和行人流量的变化,通过模糊算法分配车行道和人行道的绿灯时间,以交通路口双向车、人等待时间为性能指标,实现人、车通行的最优控制。
In this paper the author introduce a new method to design a crossroad traffic light. The traffic light was designed mainly based on two parameters: the volume of vehicles and the amount of pedestrians. The two parameters are used and a fuzzy control algorithm was designed to allocate the traffic light's green-light time, so it can automatically adjusts itself on time and optimal traffic control can be achieved. This article mainly focuses on the theory of how this traffic light can be designed.
