摘要
本文主要介绍了单输出无扇出电路运用穷举法生成边界扫描测试的测试矢量的理论,并以XILINK公司的XC5210-TQ144为例介绍了边界扫描测试矢量的生成过程。
The paper introduces the method of creating test vectors in single output without fan-out circuit with exhaust test. And it introduc es the process of creating boundary-scan test vectors based on XC5210-TQ144.
