Reflection on the Sustainable Development Principle in Economic Law

可持续发展是当今社会发展的基本旋律,实施可持续发展战略对我国经济和社会发展有至关重要的意义。而可持续发展战略的实施需要经济法的保障,同时经济法的特性又决定了经济法可持续发展原则的特有性。我国的经济法制度建设更应以可持续发展为基本原则协调和促进我国经济的发展。

Sustainable development is the prevailing theme in current society. The implementation of sustainable development strategy which plays an indispensable role in China's economic and social development calls for the support and safeguard from economic law. Meanwhile, the unique features of economic law make the principle of sustainable development of economic law more meaningful. The construction of China's economic law system shall adhere to the principle of sustainable development so as to harmonize and boost the economic development.
