摘要
国有企业改革一直是中国经济体制改革的主题。改革开放以来,国企改革取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是在国有企业机制中仍然存在着顶层经理人“双重人格”的矛盾、顶层经理人资质与国有企业用人标准之间的矛盾。这些矛盾的根源是理论与实际的脱节。因此,应该采取有效措施,解决国有企业机制中存在的矛盾,促进我国经济的健康发展。
Ever since China's reform and opening to the world,the reform of state-owned enterprises has consistently been the paramount task in restructuring its economic system.Though substantial achievements have been made in the reform of SOEs,there are still two kinds of contradictions: the dual personality of top managers and the contradiction between the qualification of top managers and the standards of recruiting personnel.The root cause for such contradictions is the isolation between theory and practice.Therefore,effective measures shall be taken to solve the contradictions in SOE mechanism so as to boost the healthy development of China's economy.
