摘要
在机械制造业自动化领域,PLC分布控制系统的可靠性和容错性日益受到关注。在系统的容错性设计中,将每个可编程控制器作为一个控制结点,结点之间通过网络进行连接保持通信;通过增加一个冗余控制器,使系统能够自动侦查各结点的工作状况;并且通过在Galois域运行相关算法使不能正常工作的结点的功能得到恢复,保证系统的正常运行,提高其可靠性。实验证明这种设计是有效可行的。
In the field of mechanical manufacturing automation, more and more attention is paid to the tol erance and the reliability of PLC distributed control system. Each of the Progra mmable Logic Controllers can be regarded as a distributed control node, which ca n communicate one another over networks in the Fault-tolerance Design of the dis tributed system, and an additional redundant controller can ensure the system to get the error-detecting information for all the nodes in the system. The algori thm based on Galois field running in the redundant node can help restore the fun ctions which will fail due to the failure of some nodes so that the reliability can be improved. The experiment proves that the Fault-tolerance Design of the di stributed system is successful.
