摘要
自动编程中零件加工造型的目的,是为了给刀具轨迹提供几何依据;因此零件加工造型具有不同于零件设计造型的特点和要求,必须考虑有关工艺因素的影响。实践表明,在自动编程中合理选择与加工工艺相适应的造型方法,有利于高效、准确地生成符合要求的刀具路径,从而收到良好的运行效果。
The purposes of part machining modeling in automatic programming is to provide the geomet ry basis for toolpath generation. Therefore, the part machining models have spec ific requirements and feature, which are different from the part design models, and many technical factors concerned with machining need to be considered. Pract ice shows that choosing the appropriate modeling methods in automatic programmin g is helpful to generate the required toolpath efficiently and accurately so as to obtain the fine operating effect.
