摘要
针对模具行业的特点,提出了建立模具客户关系管理(CRM)系统,然后详细分析了典型模具企业的生产流程,进而论述了CRM系统与其他各系统的关系,建立了系统的集成模型,最后根据模具企业的生产流程设计了相应的功能模块。
The establishment of mould company CRM system is proposed according to the feature s of the mould companies. The workflow of a typical mould company is analyzed in detail, the relationship between the CRM and the other systems is discussed. Th e integrating model of the system is established, and the corresponding function al modules are designed according to the workflow of a typical mould company.
