Study on Design of Integration Lean Supply Chain Management

在研究了集成化精益供应链的特征和新模式的基础上,针对特定企业的物流、信息流和资金流分析,设计了基于集成化精益管理思想的供应链管理模式,并取得了良好的应用效果。

This paper studies the characteristic and the new mode of the integration lean supply chain, and a nalyzes the logistics, the information and the funds. On the basis of the above analysis, the supply chain management mode based on lean thoughts is designed, a nd its application results have obtained.
