摘要 谐波齿轮传动的主要失效形式是柔轮的疲劳断裂,谐波齿轮传动柔轮的强度问题一直是谐波齿轮设计者的一个课题。本文在分析现有的柔轮强度研究方法的基础上,提出了基于接触问题的有限元法,建立数值模型并进行分析,其分析结果与已有的分析结果相符。在此基础上,结合理论分析改变柔轮的结构参数,采用基于接触边界的有限元分析法,得到一组使得柔轮质量轻、强度高的结构参数。 The invalidation of the harmonic drive is mostly the fatigue rupture of the flexspline.The intensity of the flexspline in harmonic driver is always a question to discuss for deviser of the harmonic driver.On the basis of existing study method,the finite element method based on contact is put forward.And the mathematical model is found and analyzed.The result is matched to existing result.Then,the parameters of the flexspline are modified considering the theory analysis.Adopting the finite element method including the contacting boundary condition,a set of structural parameters are gained to make the mass of the flexspline lighter and intensity greater.
