教师信息能力是教师在现代信息社会和教育信息化环境下应当具备的基本能力。文章从教师信息能力的概念出发 ,阐明了教师信息能力的重要性。

Information capacity is the fundamental capacity that teachers should possess in modern information society and education information environment. Based on the concept of information capacity, this paper analyses its importance, the principles to improve it and how to train the information capacity.
