中国经济增长率对失业率的影响

The contradiction between GDP and Okun's Law

不同的经济学家有不同的看法 ,但较为科学且较为一致的结论是 :二者之间存在着负相关关系 ,即著名的奥肯定律。并有一些经济学家根据本国的统计数据计算得出不同的比例关系 ,现在较常用的是 :GDP增长率比潜在经济增长率每高出 2— 2 .5个百分点 ,失业率降低 1个百分点。但是 ,这一定律是否适合正处于转型期的中国 ,仍有待讨论。本文从我国的国情出发 ,探讨了中国经济增长率对失业率的影响 :既有与奥肯定律相一致的方面 ,也存在背离的一面 。

What is the relation between the increase of GDP(Gross Desmic Production) and unemployment?Perhaps the common answer is:negative relation(i.e.Okun's Law).And there are also quite a few of economists who give different ratios from different data. However,general ratio as follow: unemployment slows down 1 percent with the increase of GDP by 2-2.5 percent.This paper tries to discuss the relation between increase of GDP and unemployment based on Chinese facts.
