利益语境中企业党组织经济功能释放的优选路径

A Study of Functional or Ientation of the Party of Private Enterprises in the Eye of Interests' Appeal and Integration

本文以政治学中的利益分析法作为架构,集中论述了社会转型中利益关系多样化条件下的非公有制企业党组织的经济功能问题。认为党的功能定位是否合理直接影响到作用的发挥,在不同的历史时空,党的经济功能侧重点也应有所不同,非公有制企业党组织的经济功能内涵主要侧重点应放在利益诉求与整合上,这是非公有制经济中的党组织一种发挥作用的实质内容、方式和途径。

Based on a vast number of investigations into constructing strategy of the Chinese Communist Party in the private enterprise in the situation of interest's diversification, this dissertation outline interests' appeal and integration of the party and the functional orientation of the Party in the private enterprise and point out that interest guides both the pattern of party action and its choice, for interests changes the route of human action when the interest differentiation and the interest conflict are standing out in a more and more prominent position, along with the deepening of the reform in China's social transformation.since the interests differentiation is of consequence to the party,so we should lay a strong emphasis on party's economic function's release and select the route properly.
