网络的发展,对社会行为和社会关系的重新调整产生了广泛影响。对互联网上侵犯名誉权的行为,本人认为首先侵权人应当承担相应的法律后果,而对侵权受害者则要看其具体情况,当受害人发现网络上侵权行为时,应当进行必要的提醒,如果因受害人对自己利益保护疏于注意而未尽提醒义务,则应当相应抵消或减轻侵权人的责任。

The development of the network, has produced extensive influence on the readjustment of the social behavior and social relationships. To infringing the behavior of reputation right on Internet, I think that the infringer should bear the corresponding legal consequence at first, victim, depends on its concrete conditions to encroaching right, when the victim finds the tort on the network, should carry on the essential warning , if has not done the obligation of reminding because the victim is protected and negligent of paying attention to to one's own interests, responsibility that should offset or lightenning the infringer correspondingly.
