思变——感受中国信息产业发展新思路

古语有云:“变则通,通则久。”只有不断“思变”,才可以实现进一步的发展。对于一个产业而言,“思变”更是其进步、发展、壮大的动力。日前召开的全国信息产业工作会议提出的“由大到强”、“退后一步和站高一步”、“走出去”等等。让我们清楚地听到了“思变”的声音。

Up to now China information industry has realized a great development and expanding. The largest local telephone network and mobile communications network in the world, the largest phone user group and the second largest internet user group, ail these prove that China has developed into one large country in the aspect of information industry. While we enjoy the fast development of China information industry, we should also realize that China information industry still faces new challenges. In the working meeting of information industry, we have clearly heard the voice of 'Seeking for Changing and Improving'. However, compared with speaking 'Seeking f1or Changing and Improving', having a clear understanding of the premise and direction of 'Seeking for Changing and Improving' is more important for achieving the goal of becoming great power in the aspect of information industry. Why do we seek for changing and improving? What is its urgency and necessity? Are they basis and opportunity mature? What do we expect from the action?......While 'Seeking for Changing and Improving' is clear, we should pay more attention to all those questions.
