摘要
健美操是集健身、健美、健心、娱乐多功能为一体的锻炼价值很大的体育运动项目。健美操教学中蕴涵着丰富多彩的美学因素 ,本文从不同的角度、新的视野、方位来剖析和审视健美操教学与美学的关系 ,充分展示其不俗的内涵 。
The aerobics dancing is one of the valuable sports mixing the strengthening of physique,mind and beauty in one.The teaching of aerobics covers profound and colorful aesthetic factors.The paper analyses the reˉlationship between aerobics teaching and aesthetics with a new outlook from different perspectives and the unique role of aerobics teaching in the physical and aesthetic education.
