坚持科学的发展观,大力发展高职教育——当前高职教育发展的八大问题与对策

Develop Higher Vocational Education through the Scientific Ideology of evelopment

90年代中后期兴起的高等职业技术教育(简称高职教育)发展至今已具相当规模。高等教育大众化的理念以及当今社会人才市场对技能型人才特别是高技能人才旺盛需求的现实,必将推动高职教育的进一步发展。然而,高职教育在我国仍未进入成熟阶段,现实中存在的种种问题仍未获得足够的重视和解决,高职教育的进一步发展仍存在种种障碍。本文试从科学发展观的角度,对当前高职教育发展中存在的主要问题进行系统归纳、分析并提出解决对策。

Higher vocational education, which began to prosper from mid-90s, has been in a considerable scale until now. The ideology of higher education popularization, as well as the fact that the current talent market is in urgent need of competent and skilled styled talents, especially highly competent and skilled talents, will inevitably boost the further development of higher vocational education. However, Chinas higher vocational education hasnt entered a mature phase yet. There still exist various problems that havent been paid enough attention and solved. Those major problems in the further development of higher vocational education have to be summed up, analyzed systematically and solutions have to be put forward.
