面对全球经济金融一体化、金融自由化、金融服务多元化及世界金融发展格局的变化对我国分业经营制度形成的直接威胁和影响,特别是在我国加入WTO后,金融业面临着严峻挑战。加快金融业由分业经营走向混业经营,应该成为中国金融业的发展方向和必然选择。

Facing the direct threats and influences on the system of separate operation of our country, resulting from global economy financial integration、liberalization、service diversification and the change of the world financial development pattern, especially after entering into WTO, financial business has confronted with stern challenge. So expediting the transformation from separate operation into mixed operation should become the development direction and necessary choice of financial business in China.
