摘要
本文对当前高职院校学生党员发展工作的现状和问题进行了分析,并提出了“一年级早教育争取发展;二年级强化培养重点发展;三年级巩固提高适当发展”的加强学生党员发展工作的新思路。
Aiming at the situations and problems caused by developing young party member in the vocational college, the author put forwards the new opinion about emphasizing the work of developing young party member by researching, which is very significance. And the author points that 'Firstly, instruct the freshmen in advance and try to let them learn something about our party; Secondly, cultivate the underclassmen and develop the top students into party member; Finally, consolidate the situation and improve it appropriately.'
