由于交通影响分析制度还没有确立,其在微观土地利用调控 作用上存在较大的 弹性,为了配合城市交通发展战略 的实施,可以分区域对交 通影响分析提出具体要求 ,使交 通影响分析操作 更加规范,并方便城市规划管理 。本文 在进行区域差别必 要性分析的基础上,以深圳为例 ,提出 进行区域差别分 析的步骤及方法,并最终提出在交通影响分析中的应用建议。
Traffic impact analysis system has not been established, so there is biggish elasticity about the regulating effect of the microcosmic land using. In order to cooperate with the implement of the urban transportation development policy, we can raise particular regional demand about traffic impact analysis. It will standardize the operation of traffic impact analysis and convenient for the city planning management. This paper is based on the necessity analysis of regional difference and takes the example of Shenzhen, it raises the process and the method of regional difference and brings forward ultimately the using suggestions on traffic impact analysis. It is expected to lead to a deep thought.
