摘要
针对现有先进控制软件产品存在的集成度低、开放性差、可重用程度低等问题,提出了一种多层分布式软件设计模式.以先进控制软件的研究开发与应用实施为主线,介绍了多层分布式先进控制软件的设计原理、体系结构和特点,并给出其界面层、业务层、数据层和接口层的具体实现技术和方法.该软件在某石化芳烃厂芳烃抽提装置抽余液塔的实际应用效果验证了软件的有效性和可行性.
A design pattern of multi-layer distributed software was introduced to improve the system integration, openability and reusability for the existing advanced process control (APC) software. The design principle, basic framework and features of the new APC software package and its applications were introduced. The designing technology and its realization method for the interface layer, business service layer, business object layer were given. The introduced APC software package was tested on an aromatic extraction xylene raffinate column of Petrochemical Company and was proved with perfect performance and good effectiveness in practical application. The developed software package shows its powerful function, good openability and flexibility, better reliability and maintainability in experimental research.
