磁电阻材料的研究进展

摘要 磁电阻效应在基础研究上具有重要意义及广泛的应用前景,寻找既具有低饱和 场,又具有高磁电阻效应的磁性材料已成为当前国际上材料研究热点之一。本文介绍了几种磁 电阻效应以及磁电阻材料在高密度读出磁头、磁性随机存储器等领域的应用前景。 Researches on useful magnetic materials with high GMR rate and low saturation magnetic field have attracted considerable attention in magnetic material area due to the fundamental research and extensive potential application in magnetoresistance effect. In this paper, a review on the progress in giant magnetoresistance and their application as the high density read head of computer hard disk and magnetic random access memory is presented and the prospects of these materials are elaborated.
