概述了21世纪电子信息技术产业在我国国民经济中的重要地位,分析了山东省、 潍坊市电子信息产业发展对人才的需求状况,介绍了我校电子信息工程专业的目标和定位,提 出了教学体系建设的一些设想,阐述了教学体系实施过程中师资队伍建设方案、现行教学手段 改革、实验室环节建设等措施。

This paper is general to have stated the electronic IT industrial important position in the national e-conomy of our country of 21 century , has analysed Shandong province , Weifang city electronic demand condition of information industry of developing for talent, have introduced location and the goal of the electronic information project special field of our institute , have suggested that teaching system is some as building to imagine , have elaborated teaching system to implement the measures such as techers troops construction scheme, current teaching means reform and laboratory link construction in course.
