介绍了一塔式干燥氯处理工艺装置的生产运行情况,该工艺技术解决了我国传统的双塔式干燥氯处理工艺中普遍存在的干燥氯含水高、设备腐蚀严重、硫酸消耗高等问题,可供国内氯碱企业进行技术改造时借鉴。

The operational status of one-tower type chlorine drying units was introduced. The general problems existing in domestic traditional bi-tower type chlorine drying process was settled by using this unit. They include high water content of dried chlorine, serious corrosion of units, high sulfuric acid consumption, and etc. Some experiences on technological innovation for domestic chlor-alkali enterprises was given.
