摘要
叙述了PVC树脂扩建工程的主要内容,提出了包括对转化、冷冻、分馏、聚合、氯化氢等工序的改造方案及措施,通过改造生产能力扩大到3.5万t/a,车间生产成本下降120元/t,PVC树脂质量提高,尾气达标排放。
The main contents of expansion project of PVC resin unit was introduced. The process innovation plan including conversion, refrigeration, fractionation and polymerization was given. By this innovation, the production capacity was added to 35 kt/a, and the cost of workshop was reduced by 120 Yuan/t. As well as the quality of PVC resin was raised, and the tail gas was able to meet the requirement.
