关于制订《小学(初等)教育专业教学计划》的思考

Meditations on Drawing up"the Instructional Plan of Primary Education Specialty

针对小学生的特点及其教师素质要求的特殊性,深入分析了"大专小学教育专业"的内涵及其度的规定,指出"小学教育专业"的专业属性主要体现为"教育",其度的规定也表现为更强的教育专业素质而不是更高的学科专业素质;然后,依据多方面的要求,阐述了综合性"小学教育专业"的基本思路与特点。

Aimed at the pupil's characteristics and the special demands for the teachers'qualities,this paper analyses deeply the connotations of primary education specialty in junior college,points out that its specialty attribute must be 'education',and its degree is embodied by better education specialty quality rather than subject specialty quality accordingly.Then,the author describes the general thinking and characteristics concerning about a comprehensive 'primary education specialty in junior college'in response to varied demands.
