摘要 顾客满意和员工忠诚是处于激烈竞争环境下电信企业难以复制的竞争优势 ,是企业的宝贵资产。顾客满意是企业生存和可持续发展的关键 ,员工忠诚是顾客满意和组织稳定的基石。本文就其内在联系进行了论述。 In the world of brutal competition, customer satisfaction and employee loyalty is hard-produced advantage and important asset to telecom enterprises. Customer satisfaction is critical for company's survival and continuable development, and employee loyalty is base of customer satisfaction and stable organization. Here, this article expounds and explains the intrinsic correlation between customer satisfaction and employee loyalty.
