野生马齿苋种子发芽试验

Experiments in Germination of the Wild Purslane Seeds

本文对野生马齿苋种子的发芽特性进行了初步研究 ,结果表明 ,马齿苋种子发芽受温度、浸种时间、种子贮藏时间等因素影响 .温度低于 2 0℃时 ,不发芽 ,2 0℃时开始发芽 ,发芽适温为 2 5～ 30℃ ,温度超过 35℃时发芽受到抑制 ,在 2 5℃下催芽 ,其发芽时间集中在 2 4～ 4 8h内 .温水浸种有利于发芽 ,浸种时间以 12～ 2 4h为宜 .马齿苋种子存在 3～ 4个月的生理休眠期 ,用清水浸种可打破休眠 。

The experimental results indicated that the germination of wild purslane seeds was influenced by the factors such as temperature, seed soaking time, seed storage time, etc., the purslane seeds didn't germinate when the temperature went down 20 ℃ and began to germinate when the temperature was 20 ℃, the suitable germination temperature was 25～30 ℃. Its seeds was restrained from germinating when temperature went over 35 ℃. The germinating time concentrated in 24～48 h (at 25 ℃), seed soaking with warm water was advantageous for germinating, the optimum soaking time for seeds was 12～24 h(at 25 ℃).There were 3～4 months dormant period which can be terminated with soaking in water. Sowing in small-sized plastic greenhouse can increase obviously both germination ratio and seedling emergence ratio.
