摘要
企业的竞争,其本质是人才的竞争。所以,用人机制的问题极为重要。加入WTO之后,为了应对即将到来的激烈的国际竞争,我们必须继承我国古代用人思想之精华,同时吸取发达国家用人制度之长处,结合我国国情和企业的实际,尽快建立起一套新的国有企业用人机制。
The nature of the enterprises competition is the talented persons' competition. Therefore, after entering WTO we should combine the situation of our country and the fact of the enterprises and establish a set of new state-owned enterprises employing persons' mechanism as soon as possible.
