摘要
就现代汉语中的比喻修辞格同英语中的比喻修辞格从各自历史的发展、运用、特点等进行分析比较来看,英语学习者在英语写作和英汉翻译方面需要更好地理解和运用比喻修辞格的多种形式。
This article intends to make a comparison between biyu in Chinese and trope in English concerning the historical development, the use and the characteristics of each of them so that English learners may have a good command of the figures of speech in English writing and translating.
