摘要
西方传统哲学的经验论和唯理论影响了相应的法学理论 ,法理学和法哲学只不过是传统西方哲学语境中两种不同的法学理论而已。法学理论本身离不开一定的哲学语境。
Empiricism and rationalism of western traditional philosophy have influenced their own theories of law,and jurisprudence and legal philosophy are only two theories of law in its philosophical contextuality.The theory of law can not separate itself from its philosophical contextuality.
