摘要
建立了以过氧化氢作氧化剂、荧光素作显色剂测定微量溴的分光光度法 .这种方法成本低、操作简便 ,适合于批量样品分析 .Br- 浓度 0 0~ 7 0 μg/2 5mL时符合朗伯—比尔定律 ,ε510 =5 1× 10 4 ,加标回收率为 96~ 10 1% ,测定 5 0 μgBr- 时 ,RSD为 6 8% .
This paper sets up a photometric method to determine microamounts of bromine,which uses H 2O 2 as an oxidant,and fluorescein as a color developing agent.This method is easy to operate and it is inexpensive.Therefore it is very suitable to sample analyses on a large scale.The determination range of bromine concentration is between 0~7 0μg/25mL.The apparent molar absorptivity at 510nm is 5 1×10 4L mol cm.The spike recovery is between 96~101% with 6 8% of RSD when determining 5 0μg Br -.
