On the Evaluation Systems of Present-day Teachers

教师评价是教育评价的重要组成部分。就教师评价的目的而言 ,教师评价制度主要有两种 :奖惩性教师评价和发展性教师评价。这两种教师评价制度其评价目的、评价内容、评价主体、评价方式、评价模式等方面既有相同之处 ,也有各异之处。

An evaluation of a teacher is one of the major parts in educational evaluation.In terms of the purposes of the evaluation of a teacher,there are mainly two different evaluation systems:an evaluation of a teacher in reward and in punishment;an evaluation of a teacher in development.This paper makes a brief contrastive study of these two different evaluation systems from the purposes,content,subject,methods,pattern etc.
