我国国有企业改革的最终目标是建立现代企业制度 ,截至 2 0 0 0年年底我国国有大中型骨干企业大都初步建立了现代企业制度。改制后的国有企业遇到的矛盾和问题说明 ,建立现代企业制度不能照抄照搬 ,必须结合实际进行制度创新 ,创建有中国特色的现代企业制度 。

Establishing modern enterprise system is the final target for the reform of Chinas state owned enterprises.Most of the large and median state owned key enterprises have initially established the modern enterprise system by the end of the year 2000.The contradictions and problems countered by the reformed state owned enterprises indicate that the experiences of others shouldnt be copied indiscriminately in establishing modern enterprise system,and system innovation should integrate with practice.Only by establishing modern enterprise system with Chinas characteristics,can the reform of state owned enterprise win final success.
